What we collect

There are two forms on this site, and they are the only places we ask for information.

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the subject you pick, and your message.
• Tryout form: the athlete's name, the parent or guardian's name, an email address, a phone number, the athlete's grade, their school, and any notes you choose to add.

Information about young athletes

Our tryout form asks for details about a player who is usually a minor. That form is meant to be filled out by a parent or guardian. We use what you send only to run tryouts and to contact you about the program. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone outside the program. If you are a parent or guardian and want us to delete what you sent, email or call us and we will remove it.

How your submission is handled

This site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are delivered to us through Netlify's form service. Coaches and program staff are the only people who read them. We keep submissions as long as we need them to run the program, and we delete them on request.

Tracking

We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not build profiles on visitors. Links out to our social accounts are ordinary links, and once you follow one you are on that company's platform and subject to their rules, not ours.

Asking us to delete something
